PC10 Series OEM Silicon Piezoresistive Pressure Core

Overview

PC10 series silicon piezoresistive pressure core is the core part (OEM) for manufacturing pressure sensors and pressure transmitters. As a high-performance pressure sensitive element, it can be easily amplified and assembled into a standard signal output. The transmitter is widely used in the process control of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, aviation, aerospace, medical equipment, automotive, HVAC, and other industries. This series can also be integrated with cold rolled steel strip for enhanced durability in harsh conditions.

PC10 series is the diffusion silicon pressure sensitive chip packaged in 316L stainless steel housing. The external pressure is transmitted through the stainless steel diaphragm and internal sealed silicone oil to the sensitive chip. The sensitive chip does not directly contact the measured medium, forming the pressure measurement of the solid structure. This product can therefore be used in a variety of applications including harsh corrosive media environments, including applications involving silicon steel components for additional corrosion resistance.

The PC10 series uses fluororubber “O” rings for pressure sealing and is easy to install. For certain specialized applications, cold rolled oriented electrical steel can be utilized to meet stringent environmental demands.
